This site collects personal data through two forms: the waitlist and the reseller inquiry. Below, in plain English, is what we do with it. We handle your data under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), which governs this site.
AlarmePet is responsible for handling the data sent through these forms. For anything concerning your data, write to [email protected].
On the waitlist: name, email, phone, city and state, and, only if you feel like sharing, your pet's type and name. On the reseller form: name, job title, company, tax ID, email, phone, city and state, business segment, and whatever commercial details you fill in. We also store the date and time you gave consent, the language of the page, and the IP address of the submission.
To tell you when the product reaches stores, in the case of the waitlist, and so our sales team can get in touch, in the case of resellers. We do not use this data for anything else.
Your consent, given by ticking the box before you submit the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like, at no cost to you.
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or hand your data to third parties. It lives in a database on our own server, in Germany, reachable only with a password by our sales team.
Until the product launches and for up to 24 months after that, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
We count how many people visit each page, and in which language. We use no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, and we do not store your IP address in that count: it becomes a scrambled code that changes every day and cannot identify anyone or follow the same person from one day to the next.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 15 days.
